Located on the Wood Wharf Development D1/D2 is a commercial building comprising of 14 storeys with two basement layers. Two lorry lifts are in the basement which will serve the other Phase 1 buildings. Ground Floor and Level 01 consist of retail and lobby spaces. Levels 02-13 are made up of office space surrounding a central concrete core. Two terraces exist at Level 10 and Level 12.
